This course is designed for support technicians who are the first line of defense. It will focus on technicians who are new to the Clear Touch brand. This is a 2-4 hour virtual training with a mix of video modules and live Q&A with our Tech support team. The goal is to familiarize technicians with the panel's hardware, software, operating system, and common troubleshooting processes. Class size is designed for 1-8 participants.
